trout i'm very simple with that butter i say butter not margarine ! salt and a cast frying pan " ill reply more on this after a bit i'm tending a chilli as we speak lol ohh pemikin ! i absolutely enjoy making that cooking it right on a stick !!!!

ohhhh pan frys sometimes i cook em right as i catch them on a stick with salt if the forest allows me to safely use a fire "

That is how I cook trout as well...yummy! You know Rikki I have never made pemikin and cooking it on a stick is cool...you will have to tech me that one! Please!

yes id be glad to very simple i may cheat a little have the dough premade in a container or baggie i could mix it right there but i wont just to keep it light for the first time . peice of that cooked over a fire and a butter'd trout ohhhhh boy.

I lived in Mississippi and Louisiana for about 20 yrs and if you have never tried Blacken Bass, or Blackened Salmon then you have got to try it. Old Bay Blackening Seasoning.
